　という場合に使われる表現。
「心不全」とは文字通り心臓が正常に働かなくなること
人間が死ぬ時は必ず心臓が止まるんだから
自殺であっても心不全が死因だということができる

TV局の様な腐敗しきった業界なんかに就職するからだ
